Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the ordered products. Due to IATA regulations, certain items such as chemicals cannot be shipped via UPS.
    Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 5,000 net within Sweden using the most economical shipping method.

  • Delivery Times
    Stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the product and destination. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Any address changes must be reported to us immediately.
    Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.

  • Upon Delivery
    Always check that your delivery is complete and undamaged before signing the delivery note.
    If anything is missing or damaged:

    1. Note it directly on the delivery note and inform the driver.

    2. Report missing goods to us within 1 business day after receiving the shipment.
      Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International Deliveries
    When shipping outside of Sweden, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities may open and inspect shipments.

  • Limitation of Liability
    We are not responsible for damage, delays, or missed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • Incorrect or Damaged Item
    If you have received the wrong item, the wrong quantity, or a damaged/defective product, we will replace, repair, or refund it.

    • Notify us in writing within 5 business days of receipt.

    • Return the item according to our return policy.

  • Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

    • Notify us within 14 days from receiving the goods.

    • Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

    • Goods must be in unopened original packaging and resellable as new.

  • Return Conditions

    • Only prepaid return shipments will be accepted.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Include a copy of the invoice and a completed return form (RMA).

  • Special Orders
    Returns of special-order products will incur a fee of 20% of the product value (minimum SEK 250).
    Incorrectly delivered or ordered items must be returned within 21 days (or 15 days from invoice date) in unopened original packaging.
    Credit notes are valid for 12 months only.
