1. GENERAL
1.1. MotoSpeed AB is located at Returvägen 1, 72137 Västerås, Sweden and registered with the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, registration number 556209-8870 ("MotoSpeed", "we", or "us").
1.2. We are an independent European distributor of accessories and hard parts, not affiliated with Harley-Davidson, Inc. or other motorcycle manufacturers. The words Harley, Harley-Davidson, HD, all HD part numbers, and model designations are used for reference only. All trademarks mentioned in our publications belong to their respective owners.
2. ORDERING
2.1. Orders must be placed before 10:00 for same-day dispatch. Orders can be made via phone, fax, email, or our website. We take no responsibility for phone order errors – email or website orders are recommended. Orders placed before 10:00 may not always be shipped the same day; such orders will be processed the next business day.
2.2. Orders via website and email can be placed 24/7, all year round.
2.3. Orders must include item numbers.
3. SPECIAL ORDERS
3.1. If you're looking for a specific part, please contact us. If we don’t have it in stock, we can place a special order just for you. Confirmation is required, and once confirmed, the order cannot be canceled. We may require advance payment.
4. PRICING
4.1. Prices may change without notice. We strive for price stability but cannot guarantee it.
4.2. You may be subject to customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside Sweden. These costs are your responsibility.
5. SHIPPING
5.1. Delivery times are approximate. Items are sent to the address you provided. Notify us immediately of any changes. Partial deliveries may occur.
5.2. Upon delivery, check for damage or missing items. Note issues on the delivery slip and report missing items within one working day. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
5.3. We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or costs due to events beyond our control.
5.4. Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs.
5.5. Shipping costs vary by size and dimensions. Due to IATA regulations, not all parts/chemicals can be shipped via UPS. Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 5,000 within Sweden via the cheapest shipping method.
6. RETURNS
6.1. If you receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods, we will correct the issue, replace or refund, provided you notify us in writing within 5 working days and return the goods.
6.2. Right of withdrawal: You may return goods within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be in original packaging and resellable.
6.3. Only prepaid return shipping is accepted. Include a copy of the invoice and our return form (with RMA).
6.4. Special order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (min SEK 250). Credit will be applied to your next invoice or refunded. Returns must be made within 21 days or 15 days after the invoice date. Credit notes are valid for 12 months only.
6.5. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. We do not exclude or limit liability for injury or death caused by gross negligence or intent.
7.2. We are not liable for errors or omissions in our publications and may update information without notice. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses from using our products.
7.3. If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you and cancel/refund your order if not shipped.
7.4. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PUBLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
7.5. Both parties are liable only for foreseeable losses due to breaches.
7.6. Some parts are for show/restoration and may not meet road safety standards. Installation must be done by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for indirect loss, property damage, or third-party claims from misuse.
7.7. We rely on third-party data and are not liable for technical inaccuracies.
7.8. We are not responsible for ISP failures.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
8.1. Our waiver of any breach does not apply to future breaches.
8.2. We may terminate access to our site or cancel your order without notice if:
- 
a) payment is overdue, 
- 
b) terms are violated, 
- 
c) required info is not provided, or 
- 
d) suspicious or illegal activity is suspected. 
8.3. All intellectual property in our publications is owned by us. No content may be copied or stored without written permission.
8.4. You may not link to or replicate our site without permission.
8.5. If any clause is found invalid, remaining clauses remain effective.
8.6. All products, services, and agreements are governed by Swedish law and jurisdiction.
8.7. To offer Klarna payment methods, we may share your contact and order details with Klarna.
